Adult Partial

The Adult Life Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a weekly program designed as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization, the Partial Hospitalization Program allows for a highly structured program of therapy and support services for adults experiencing serious mental health challenges.

Skyline Madison Campus Adult Partial Program Offers

• A structured environment offering support for people experiencing an emotional crisis.
• Intense therapy designed for clients to be able to stay at home and avoid inpatient hospitalization.
• Continued stabilization after a hospital stay.
• Psychiatrist on staff, and all  Licensed Clinical Social Workers
• Transportation under certain circumstances (inside Davidson County).
• Daily therapy Monday-Friday 9:00 am-3:30 pm.

• Medication Evaluation/Management by the Psychiatrist.
• Individual Therapy.
• Group Therapy
• Family Counseling
• Couples Counseling
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

• Loss/Grief
• Addiction/Illness
• Abuse
• Self Esteem
• PTSD
• Occupational, marital, and family issues.

Insurance Coverage
We work with most major commercial insurance programs, Medicare and TennCare to provide Coverage.
